Domestic legal and criminal law experience, combined with overseas work
experience and international law enforcement.

Ability to mobilize many contacts overseas, particularly in Europe, Eurasia,
Africa, and the Middle East (also in Japan and Latin America), with private
attorneys and foreign government officials, and experience working closely
with U.S. Embassy personnel.

Established contacts with officials at the operational and senior levels of the
major U.S. government departments and law enforcement agencies.

For issues with public affairs or government policy implications, sensitivity
and skills to protect the client's interests in these dimensions, as well as in
the strictly legal sphere.
