Russell A. Bikoff’s law firm represents people with legal problems in criminal and civil courts, prepares estate plans and assists with probate, and counsels those facing novel legal questions.

A licensed attorney in all courts in the District of Columbia, and a member of the District of Columbia and Virginia state bars, Mr. Bikoff will prosecute or defend a claim in federal and state trial courts, respective appellate courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court. A trained mediator and experienced negotiator, he can also resolve problems outside of adversarial legal proceedings, including in various arbitration forums.
